Chris Woad, son of the late Geoff Woad, found this document amongst his father’s sea journal. It appears to be an information letter to initiate "The Wireless College, Colwyn Bay, Old Students Association".

The bottom of the letter included a tear off section. Chris thinks It is possible that the missing part of the tear-off section was a pro-forma to join the association. It appears to be dated near 12 June 1950.
